WHAT AM I COVERED FOR?

With Essential Maintenance you will have a complete and transparent understanding of exactly what you are covered for.

Our standard Essential Maintenance domestic annual contract is available to every customer and includes the following scheduled and emergency services:

  • AC servicing – three visits per year, scheduled every 4 months.
  • AC emergency* and non-emergency repair – available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
  • Plumbing emergency* – available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year.
  • Electrical emergency* – available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year
  • AC, electrical and plumbing hardware replacement – labour is included, parts will be quoted and invoiced separately. All parts supplied by Essential Maintenance will be covered by the standard 12-month Essential Maintenance guarantee.

*Emergency call outs will be covered within ‘reasonable limitations’ as defined in the details of your contract. This includes up to 24 non-scheduled visits per year (12 emergency callouts plus 12 non-emergency callouts) to cover AC, electrical and plumbing faults. Any additional visits outside of the scope of the contract definitions will be charged at our standard rate of 200dhs per hour plus VAT.

WHAT IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS?

Our annual maintenance contracts are designed so that you only pay for the services that you need. We do however understand that there may be additional maintenance requirements that you have throughout the year and is important to us that our customers maintain control. To meet this need, we are pleased to offer all Essential Maintenance contract customers preferential rates on the wide range of services that can be fulfilled by the qualified and experienced technicians provided by the We Will Fix It family.

While recommendations may be made by your Essential Maintenance technician, no additional works will be undertaken without your prior consent. Some of the additional services that we can offer include:
